Founded in 2018 by Ed Van Buskirk, If U Love Me is a nonprofit organization focused on restoring the truth and wisdom of God’s Ten Commandments in our world of confusion.
Our organization is guided by Jesus’ instructions to the twelve apostles at The Last Supper, “If you love me, you will keep my commandments” (John 14:15).
We offer Catholic-based, insightful, and easy-to-use resources for schools and families, parish groups, and individuals that provide insights into the love and wisdom of God. Groups of every size will find these resources both practical and spiritual.

Meet Our Founder
Ed Van Buskirk has a corporate background in consulting and IT software. He founded If U Love Me in 2018 after a life-changing men’s retreat challenged him to reflect on his awareness and understanding of the Ten Commandments.
After prayerful reflection, Ed realized that the Ten Commandments are a wealth of wisdom given to us by a Loving God who only and always wants the very best for us. Following God’s call, he founded If U Love Me so others, who may have missed the greatness of the Commandments, could rediscover them, and the God who wrote them by His very hand, in a new light.
In his talks at parishes, retreats, and conferences Ed brings the Commandments to life through teachings and stories that demonstrate the joy and freedom of the Commandments.
“Every day, as I explore something new about God and His Commandments,” said Ed, “I discover even more of the richness of the Ten Commandments and how they are refreshing in their simplicity and amazing in their completeness for living a joy-filled life.”

Most Reverend James V. Johnston Jr., bishop of Kansas City-St. Joseph approved If U Love Me programs for parish and family catechesis.
His official letter states, “If U Love Me presents the Ten Commandments in an engaging way that helps both adults and children see the commandments are ultimately given by God to help us love in different ways.”
