Mountain Cabin: This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom premium home is beautifully decorated in a sophisticated mountain style, with vaulted ceilings above a stone gas fireplace and a comfortably furnished living room. It’s located in a quiet residential area of Breckenridge, with easy access to town and the slopes via the free shuttle stop less the two blocks away. Outside, there’s a deck and patio with a gas grill and your own hot tub. And with two master suites, it’s a great home for two families to share.
The Space: The main level features a very open, modern layout. There’s plenty of seating in the living area to enjoy the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to make big mountain meals for your group. The cozy dining area has a large pine table with seating for eight people, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar. The lower family room has another large flat-screen TV with a home theater system, a foosball table, and another fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, two washers/dryers and a garage with additional driveway parking (4 vehicles total). And you can rest easy knowing every Summit Mountain Rentals property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Plus, our helpful staff is available 24/7 to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

If U Love Me Raffle Details
- The drawing for prize winners will be conducted and announced on January 29, 2025
- Participants must be 18 years or older.
- Board members and their family members (parents, siblings, children, spouses, nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, grandparents, or anyone living in the same home as Board Members) are not eligible to win.
- Employees and contractors of If U Love Me are not eligible to win.
- Determining the winner
- At the time the raffle tickets are purchased they will be assigned a unique ticket number.
- At the time of the drawing, the winners will be determined using the on-line random drawing service www.randompicker.com.
- At the time of the drawing, the 1st winner will be determined first followed by the 2nd winner.
- The 1st winner will be notified and asked which prize they choose. He/she will be given up to seven days to make a selection of the prizes. If the 1st winner does not select a prize within seven days, he/she will be assigned the Florida vacation prize.
- Immediately after the 1st winner is notified, the 2nd winner will be notified that he/she is the 2nd place winner and told that he/she will be notified of which prize they won after the 1st winner has selected his/her prize.
- If either winner declines the prize, a new winner will be randomly selected using the online random drawing service www.randompicker.com. Winners will be provided instructions for redeeming their prize.
- After both winners have been notified, the winners will be announced by email and will be posted on the If U Love Me website.
