It’s located in a quiet residential area of Breckenridge, with easy access to town and the slopes via the free shuttle stop less the two blocks away. Outside, there’s a deck and patio with a gas grill and your own hot tub. And with two master suites, it’s a great home for two families to share.
The Space: The main level features a very open, modern layout. There’s plenty of seating in the living area to enjoy the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to make big mountain meals for your group. The cozy dining area has a large pine table with seating for eight people, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar. The lower family room has another large flat-screen TV with a home theater system, a foosball table, and another fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, two washers/dryers and a garage with additional driveway parking (4 vehicles total).
